Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service with at least 72 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may be charged in full.
Refunds are issued only for services cancelled in accordance with our notice terms.
No refunds will be given for completed services unless a formal complaint is upheld and a
refund is warranted.
